Sacred Frankincense Essential Oil supports and maintains the appearance of healthy-looking skin, and has a grounding, uplifting, and inspiring aroma. Apply this oil topically to enhance meditation.
Sacred Frankincense includes the naturally occurring constituents alpha-pinene, limonene, and boswellic acid, and it is an important ingredient in the Freedom Sleep™ and Freedom Release™ Collections, Common Sense™, RutaVaLa™, and Progessence™ Plus essential oils, and ART® Sheerlumé Brightening Cream. Ingredients: Boswellia sacra† (Sacred frankincense) oil, †100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oil My favorite uses for this oil are for meditation, conscious connection to the spiritual realms before I work with clients for healing sessions or Akashic Records Readings and for skin care, especially the skin on my face. |
Lemon Essential Oil is cold-pressed from the rinds of lemons, giving its aroma all the brightness of the freshly picked fruit. Cheerful, sweet, and nostalgic, Lemon oil can eliminate odors and infuse your whole home with its clean, lemon-drop scent when diffused. With its bright and joyful aroma, Lemon oil benefits skin and hair as much as its aroma benefits your environment. Your teens can add a drop to their evening moisturizer to reduce the appearance of blemishes, while you can add it to your conditioner for an aromatic treat that smoothes and shines the look of your hair. Because some citrus oils like Lemon can cause photosensitivity, avoid applying to exposed skin before spending time outside. This oil is a key ingredient in many hair and skin care products, Thieves® cleaning products, and essential oil blends such as Thieves®, Citrus Fresh™, Clarity™, Joy™ and Harmony™.
Lemon oil uses:
Ingredients: Lemon (Citrus limon) peel oil, 100% pure, therapeutic-grade essential oil Here's one of my favorite uses for this essential oil. So this morning I was washing some food containers that smelled really horrible!! The dish detergent wasn't quite enough so I added a couple of drops of Lemon Essential Oil to the dish detergent on my sponge and the odor was gone in an instant!! A wonderful nontoxic gift from Mother Earth. |
DiGize™ essential oil is one of our most unique essential oil blends, combining Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, Juniper, Lemongrass, Anise, and Patchouli oils for a spicy, exotic aromatic blend. DiGize oil also includes Fennel essential oil, the use of which dates back to ancient Egypt.
To enjoy its rich, calming scent, diffuse in your home, office, or even car. You can even apply it directly to chest, wrists, and abdomen to enjoy its scent wherever you go. DiGize essential oil uses:
Ingredients: Tarragon (Artemisia dracunculus)† leaf oil, Ginger (Zingiber officinale)† root oil, Peppermint (Mentha piperita)† leaf oil, Juniper (Juniperus osteosperma)† aerial parts oil, Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)† seed oil, Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus)† leaf oil, Anise (Pimpinella anisum)† fruit oil, Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin)† leaf oil My favorite use for this essential oil blend is to promote balance in my gastrointestinal system, especially at times when I've eaten something that has not agreed with me. I apply it topically to my abdomen and with gratitude, enjoy it's wonderful benefits. |
Palmarosa essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the plant. This oil can be stimulating and soothing to the body and mind.
Ingredients: 100% pure therapeutic grade Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martini) leaves essential oil This oil is found in the following essential oil blends created by Young Living Essential Oils: Awaken, Clarity, Forgiveness, Gentle Baby, Harmony and Joy. Life Science Publishing's Essential Oils Desk Reference notes the following: "... Fragrant Influence: Creates a feeling of security ... helps to reduce stress and tension and promotes recovery from nervous exhaustion ..." I can see that feeling of security being helpful as a part of the essential blends that this oils is included in. Although I have not had the pleasure of using Palmarosa as a single oil, I have used all of these blends for many years, and I love, love, love them! |
Raindrop Technique® combines the art of aromatherapy with the techniques of Vita Flex and massage in the application of essential oils to various areas of the body. This provides a revolutionary means of bringing balance and harmony to the body - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
"Imagine having a series of therapeutic essential oils being applied to your feet and along your spine and gently
feathered throughout your back. Then warm moist towels being placed along your spine and you wrapped in towels and blankets. And then additional warm moist towels wrapped around your feet.
This technique is one of my favorites!! It is not only incredibly therapeutic from the standpoint of supporting the back and the immune system, it also creates feelings of being nurtured with the most wonderful side effect of BEing relaxed!!"
Raindrop Technique Workshops - Ilene offers instruction on this wonderfully therapeutic essential oil technique. And if you are a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Florida, you can earn six (6) CEU's towards your license renewal by attending this very hands-on experiential workshop.
