We will gather, and talk about what is going on in our lives, and what we choose to release that is not serving us.
Then everyone will sit comfortably and connect with their chosen intent and will be provided with the Twelve Sacred Egyptian Oils and guidance as to where on the body they are to be anointed, such as on the neck, the crown or one of the energy centers or chakras. Once all the oils have been anointed, you will experience a guided meditation to further facilitate this process of letting go.
These oils assist in releasing traumas in our lives, from emotional and physical experiences. Many are not aware of how old traumas can alter our lives and create dis-ease. We become blocked because of this, and progressing forward in life and achieving our goals and dreams becomes a challenge.
The formulas used in this process are based on research of ancient Egyptian clearing rituals.
The oils work on a cellular level, releasing memory from the cells.
After the anointment and guided meditation, we will come back into consciousness, refreshed and feeling much lighter, and share what we experienced ...
Each participant is invited to wear comfortable, washable clothing, preferably a shirt which buttons up the front, and sweat pants, or pants with an elastic waist.
Healthy refreshments will be served to ground us before leaving.
This is a lovely experiential workshop to share with a friend.
