Heart Connection Assessment Tool
To get started, please take a few minutes to review the above assessment tool.
It is designed to assist you in noticing any shifts in how you are BEing in your heart connection over this month.
Without judgment, pick which description fits where you are now.
Please notice the 5th heart that is completely filled is saying you are fully conscious to your heart connection all the time. And what I know and trust is that we are unable to achieve this 24/7 while we are in the body.
I jokingly say to clients and people I share this with that if they know of someone who is able to hold the space of conscious heart connection 24/7 to please let me know who they are so that I can sit at their feet and study with them!
As long as we are in the body, with the illusion of physicality, ego, mind, personality and emotions,
I truly believe it is impossible to hold this space 24/7. But the more that we can consistently hold this space in our relationship with ourselves, the more peaceful we are, the more loving we are with US.
So BE kind when you choose which heart represents how you feel about where you are
with your loving relationship with yourself and others and let's observe with Love
how it shifts over the rest of this month.
